I would like to read the posts on exercise addiction. How do I access them?
How do you draw the line between what is regular and healthy exercise and what is exercise addiction?
What is something that gets you all to get yourself to the gym? I know the hardest step is getting there, so what I want to know is- what motivates you to get there?
